The shipper, Interstate Roadrunner, was very flexible in pickup. When their trucks wouldn't start due to minus 25 degree temperatures, their dispatcher together with another employee drove an hour to my location to pick up my car and take it back to their location so it would go out on the truck on time the next day. However, on the receiving end the driver only gave 10 minutes notice of his arrival. Luckily this worked out for the person receiving the car, but it could have been a problem as they were not expecting the car until the next day.
