We had to have our daughter's car transported from Portland to Knoxville and I was very nervous about using a transport service after reading so many horror stories online. I contacted Gilbert and he was very straightforward, he took the time to explain the process and the issues with this industry. He gave me a level of confidence, but I have to admit that I was still concerned. I contacted him a number of times through the process and he was always available to take my call and answer my questions. I was in touch with the truck driver directly and he was prompt in picking up the car, he arrived on time. He gave us an estimate on when to expect the vehicle in Knoxville, I contacted Gilbert on that date and he reached them to determine the car was expected to arrive the next day. I received a call from the truck driver later that day and he gave me a window of time to expect him to arrive. The truck driver delivered the car the next day, he phoned me an hour ahead of his time of arrival. He was on time and my daughter's car is in the same condition as when it was picked up. The driver accepted payment as Gilbert had negotiated. All in all, this was a great experience and I would recommend Gilbert to handle your auto transport needs.
