Car was suppose to be picked up on a Saturday, but was truck broke down. I didn't find out about it until I called to see if it was pickup. I can understand truck breaking down, but I should have been notified first. It was picked up on the following Tuesday. I was told that I would get delivery by Monday or Tuesday. I was OK with that. I received a phone call Saturday morning that the car would be delivered on Saturday afternoon, which was a surprise. The only other problem was understanding the drivers English. I am not the best at understanding accents, plus the sometimes bad connection so I don't blame the driver, its just a fact of doing business into days world. The price was the same as the quote, and the driver was thorough and polite. Over all it was a good experience and I would use them again .
