My wife and I purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester online, for a dealer in Tampa, FL for delivery to Hilton Head Island, SC. My wife received many quotes to transport the vehicle. Philam Transport did not provide the lowest quote, but they were competitively priced compared to the rest. The major reason that she selected Philam Transport was due to their excellent customer service. Dylan was able to walk her through the process and answer all of her questions. As we were purchasing the vehicle out of state, we had several delays in scheduling a pick up. This was due to paperwork exchange with the dealership. Dylan was great about working with us, to revise the pick up dates. The driver picked up the vehicle, late Thursday morning and delivered it to us late Thursday evening, ahead of schedule. The driver kept us informed of his progress along the way, so we had a good estimate of when he would arrive. (We had to select a location to meet him where he had enough space to unload the vehicle, as we live on a small cul-de-sac.) The driver was very courteous and let us take out time reviewing the vehicle and signing for the delivery. We had an excellent experience overall and we would use Philam Transport again, if the need arises.
