Good experience, all and all. It's key to understand the process and in this regard PhilAm did a fine job. The folks actually moving the car, remember PhilAm is a broker, as they will explain to you, did a good job too. My car came thru fine and delivery and pick up were easy. Just remember because of the nature of this business trying to lock in an exact pick up date weeks in advance is pretty hard because it depends on drivers' schedules which are generally not firmed up until close to the desired pick up date. I found PhilAm really helpful as the pick up date approached.
