Gilbert is a little bit rude - i mean comparing to other polite customer services. but at least he answered the questions and solved the problem, honestly and on time. while other guys just irresponsibly gave some low prices and never were able to find a carrier.
i dont care too much..just imagine how to talk with a bald iron worker...
