First off, having never gone through this procedure before as far as shipping a vehicle, it was a pleasure and extremely easy in dealing with Pettit Family Auto Transport. Right from the start, dealing with Mike was easy and he was very trustworthy. He walked me through the steps from beginning to end as far as all the shipping details in delivering my car. The same day I booked my reservation with Mike, he was able to have my vehicle picked up the same night! Furthermore, the car was delivered to me the next day in the evening which was even more of a plus seeing we were due to get a major snowstorm and the car carrier wanted to deliver my car before the snowstorm making it easier for me. That is exceptional service! I also was notified by the driver on a regular basis letting me know the vehicle was safe and secure and his arrival time to my home. When my car arrived, the driver was friendly, courteous and treated my car with white glove service! I would highly recommend Pettit Family Auto Transport for anyone looking for vehicle transport.
