This is the second time I used them. First time everything went smoothly. So I used them again for the return of my car from California to New York. I informed them A month in advance that I need it gone moved by a certain date because my daughter was moving out of California. I gave them plenty of time. I had a pickup date of a week before she was leaving. 3 days after that I contacted them and told them I was concerned that it wouldn’t be gone by the time she left. He assured me it would be gone. Long story short it didn’t happen. Then he told me for $200 more I can get it moved the weekend after she was gone. Of which I am sure they kept an additional $100 for themselves on top of their fee. I had to leave the keys in the car with the doors unlocked because she move out of state already. I told them if my opinion of what happened and they couldn’t care less.
