I worked with Carlos Orihuela from Patriot in September 2015 to ship my car from Arizona to Indiana. Carlos was nice, patient, and did an excellent job.
I had planned on driving to a new job, but a family member who was acting as my co-pilot had a medical emergency... Luckily things turned out ok, but in the end I had to book a last minute flight to get to the new job in time and arrange for my car to be shipped. Needless to say - it was a stressful few days. Carlos took a lot of the stress out of equation by helping my understand how the process of shipping worked, where different costs came from, and made sure to get me a great driver who could do a last minute pickup. The whole thing went super smoothly and the car arrived two days after I did in Indiana (and in time for my first day of teaching). The driver who Carlos worked with was super nice and very helpful as well - I wish I remembered his name to give him the credit he also deserves.
I was so happy with the experience that I will be using Carlos and Patriot Auto Transport LLC again next month (Aug 2016).
