I was referred to this company by a close family friend who had a great experience. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. They failed to get a driver/ truck for my SUV for more than 7 days. Michael did not communicate much and the end result was they would have picked up the car eventually. Michael decided to cancel my order when I said looking for another company since you cannot find a driver. I was very frustrated and now I have to start all over in finding a new company to pick up the SUV before 6/26/15. This company did not care about my deadline and had the attitude that I will pick up the SUV when I get to it. I felt that if you cannot do the job correctly then you need to be upfront and tell the customer to check around since it is not possible to meet the deadline. He also said if I get other quotes then it would cause a problem with him getting a driver. I would not recommend this company.

Mam as per our guidelines we do not work with clients that are double brokered. I didnt decide to cancel anything you decided to go with more than one company and as explained to you that hurts your chances of us doing our job and getting your car picked up. Good Luck with your transport
