We selected Passport from a Haggerty's recommendation and because John was familiar with their reputation. The driver, Cliff Weinhardt, was very professional, knowledgeable, and careful with the car, a 1936 Ford V8 Phaeton. We loved the GPS tracking system that allowed us to track the truck's progress throughout and gave us an accurate idea of when we might expect its arrival. Cliff called us early on the arrival day to let us know when to expect him. We told him the location of a good lot to unload the car, across the street from a Waffle House. He gave us an estimated arrival time but was a little late because of a construction detour. He called us again about 15 minutes out. The Passport rig was spotless, and he made a great first impression in a clean and neatly pressed Passport uniform. Cliff certainly knew his business and took his time carefully unloading our car. There was a vinyl sheet between our car on the lower level and the car above, which we appreciated since our car had a fabric convertible top. We were very excited to get the car and Cliff made it a great experience. We visited for a while, enjoying car-guy talk, before we headed for the house and he closed up the rig and headed for the Waffle House. The price was right, less than we had expected when we decided to call Passport, and the experience was first-rate. We will absolutely call Passport again if we ever need to transport another vehicle.
