The customer service agent was good in being knowledgable about the business but he was not that informative. I had to make sure to ask all pertinent questions regarding the transport of my vehicle. Kari from IMEX Alliance was on top of her game doing whatever possible to get a hold of her driver and my drop-off person. Although the driver said he had called me to confirm a time for pick up, he never did. He had to come back the next day, the agreed upon date to pick up my vehicle. She made all efforts to get a hold of all points of contact.
