Dear Robert,
Passage Auto Transport did send a driver to your desired pick up date as you requested, the driver waited at the location for over an hour until they had to go ahead and go to their next scheduled pick up so they would stay on schedule. You were notified numerous of times that we had dispatched your vehicle. As stated in our Shipping Agreement that you signed and agreed to, when a car carrier arrives to the pick up location and for any reason the vehicle is not ready for transport there is a industry standard dry run fee of $150. This is for the fuel , miles and time that was wasted on the dry run. Auto Transport is always a Monday through Sunday business and drivers do pick up and deliveries 365 days a year. We are sorry that your vehicle was not ready for transport and that we could not pick up your vehicle. We wish you the best and have a great day!
