Before I get into this, you should know that this company failed to send a driver to pick up my car and essentially scammed me out of my deposit. Definitely do not use this company. Now to get into my experience, I am completely beside myself with the lack of customer service as well as the lack of SERVICE at all provided by Passage Auto Transport. First of all, they bombard you with calls and emails... which promptly changes the second you sign the contract and turn in your deposit. I "worked" with someone named Joel who was extremely helpful and responsive up until the point where I gave them my credit card and signed the contract (which was filled out carelessly with wrong addresses and misspellings that probably should have clued me in to his indifference to the whole process). He told me that a carrier would call me within 24-72 hours to confirm a pickup time. No call ever came. Called Joel, no response. Called Auto Transport four days later, someone named Armani picks up and after being very rude and condescending proceeds to tell me that a carrier... whose number he cannot disclose to me... will pick up my car today... at a time he is not sure of.... Anyways, I say OK whatever, as long as it gets picked up today. Well, an hour later I get a call saying that the driver "cancelled" (the whole thing was just getting exceedingly more convoluted) and he says that he will search for another one and call me back in an hour. Never calls me back. At this point, its noon, I have a flight TOMORROW. So I call him back, he tells me that I need to wait another 2-4 hours and then I should call him back...... Long story short, I just got so frustrated that I cancelled my reservation and went with another company who promptly responded and have kept in contact with me even after I sent in my deposit.. imagine that! I won't even ask for my deposit back since in the contract it states that no refunds are permitted whether the car is transported or not... which is because, I am assuming, they have no intention of transporting your vehicle to begin with.
