First time shipping a vehicle and very uncomfortable with the whole process as we only had a 2 day pick up window and following the holiday weekend. Although Joanne wasn't available 24/7 (who is??) she kept me calmed down and handled the transaction perfectly. Would never again look for another borker - she is the best!!
