I had my 1986 CJ 7 Renegade shipped from Rutledge TN to Maryland. I called Parker Auto Transport and spoke to Joanne. She was extremely helpful and immediately started to research what it would take to get my Jeep from Rutledge to my home. She went the extra mile to explain how the shipping business worked, and things to look out for in terms of insurance, brokers, etc. She also research if an auto carrier could even get down to the location where the Jeep was being picked up. She then called a shipper she knows in the industry and phoned me back with the hour with a potention shipping date lined up. She did all this WITHOUT ME EVEN CHOOSING PARKER TRANSPORT AS MY BROKER!!!!! This was fantastic service and was the sole reason I selected ParkerTransport. Other companies I called all raised the rates I received from my online quote. Not Joanne. She even offered me a military discount when I asked.

The shipping of the vehicle was delayed by about 2 days due to the driver having to take a mandatory random drug test. This put him behind schedule, which was fine because I was flexible with the delivery date/time.

The Jeep arrived without damage (at least none that I knew of since this was an ebay purchase) and the driver was very courteous. The only odd thing was that the contract the driver had showed the price of $350, when my quote from Joanne was $450 - the agreed upon price. Not sure what happened here, but $450 was what I was quoted, and was what I paid.

I would absolutely use Parker Auto Transport again should I need to ship a vehicle. Thanks Joanne!
