Everything was as promised, and there was prompt communication throughout. Leanne was very helpful on the pick-up end, offering multiple ways to pick up the car. Parker Auto Transport contracted my shipment out to Umbrella Auto Transport, and Umbrella was also very helpful with both the actual pickup and on the receiving end, though they were about 5 hours late to pick the car up (not a big deal). There was no damage to the car, and the lamps I put inside were all intact.
