Have you ever heard the saying “Be careful what you say about other people - because you are usually talking about yourself”
When you place an order with us, it is done online and YOU enter in who the pickup and delivery contacts will be. As you are well aware, the driver had mechanical issues. As for Leanne intentionally lying to you, why would she do that? What purpose does that serve? As for not responding to your emails – all your correspondence and mine are electronically recorded, date and time stamped in your file.

07/02/13 6:13 pm Philip, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. You are correct, the driver will not contact you for pickup. You are only listed as the delivery contact person. The driver will only contact David to schedule pickup as only David is listed as the contact for pickup. Everyone works and we understand. We NEVER ask a customer to take time off work. I am not clear why you felt that you needed to take time off work? I totally agree with you about the driver not calling you to inform you that he is running behind schedule. It is just common courtesy and I would be upset also. I have sent them an email and I will be following up with them shortly. I am trying to educate you on the procedure is. For you to call me up and be abusive is uncalled for. After speaking with you, I understand WHY the driver is not calling you. 07/02/13 6:37 pm Philip, I am also on my cell phone rolling down the highway. We were going thru a canyon where service was in and out. I chose not answer your call after speaking to you the first time. I did not feel that your abuse was warrant. To call me up and be so nasty and so hateful was totally uncalled for. I have never treated you like that! You are correct, you are the person that placed the order and gave us the contact and delivery information. Per your instructions, the driver was instructed to contact David L Schlafer. You are listed as the delivery contact only I don't think that you were intentionally lied to. Please keep in mind that we are dealing with mechanically equipment. Good example is I went to go to the store this morning and my battery is dead in my car. Break downs happen as much as we preferred that they don’t. This is the first that I am hearing about the truck being broke down. I spoke to one of the drivers this morning and he told me that he would contact you which he did. I am also not happy that to hear that he is broke down and not only did not contact you with status but he has never contacted me either. I do not feel that ANYONE makes enough money to take abuse.
