I did a lot of research before choosing an auto transporter to get my daughter's car to her in Iowa so she would have it for Spring semester to do her clinicals in her nursing program Searching the Internet, I became aware of the many scams, problems and nightmares one could encounter. I asked for personal referrals from friends, acquaintances and auto service shops. In a roundabout way, I came to get a quote from Joanne at Parker Auto Transport. I checked her out to see how she was rated, and when I saw the 5 stars, I chose to use her service. She was very efficient in setting it up. When the assigned driver's truck broke down in Salt Lake City, we were in a panic. The driver said the earliest he might be able to pick up the car would be Thursday, a full week after it was scheduled to be picked up. My daughter would not be here to hand over the car to the driver, as she was scheduled to be back in Iowa on Monday. Joanne got on it and made it happen. She got another driver, who got the car to Iowa in 3 days. It ended up being better than expected, as my daughter had the use of her car the whole time she was in California. Joanne truly did go the extra mile to make it happen. I would recommend her with highest marks.

Cathy, Thank you for the great review. I never like to assign a driver to far in advance just because of situations like this. Unfortunately I did not follow my rule with your vehicle and ended up having a Fire Drill. Never a good thing! Your time frame was real tight also. That didn't help my situation at all. Thank goodness I was able to make this happen. These trucks never stop moving and as much as we try to do preventive maintenance, unfortunately there are somethings that you just can not prevent. I hope your daughter has a wonder time at school and we wish you and her all the best. ~ Joanne
