DO NOT USE PAPER IMPEX USA, INC. These guys will not deliver as promised and they will lie and cheat you out of money any way they can. They held my car in their lot for an entire week. Kept promising me they would deliver the next day and as each day passed they just kept making excuses. They have no accountability and take no ownership for their actions. They will not work with you to remedy the situation. They are not civil in their responses, if they respond or answer your call at all. After all the excuses, they finally delivered my car at 9pm an entire 7 days AFTER their original date of delivery. Thats not the end of it. When I received my brand new car, I noticed an additional 100 miles on the odometer. Instead of trucking my car to my house as promised, they drove my car to my house. They put 100 miles on the car before I even got to sit in it. Even if you go through a broker, just make sure your broker doesn't use these guys for the transport, no matter what the broker might say. These guys are slime. They shouldn't even be in business based on all the reviews and reports that have gone to the BBB. Save yourself the hassle and headache, even if you have to pay a little more. DO NOT USE PAPER IMPEX USA, INC!
