We used a Broker to get a 100,000 car from California to Texas, the broker went with Palsol Transportation which is a very, very big mistake. Car had to be in Texas by January 5th, Car was picked up December 29th. Car didn't arrive to Texas until Saturday January 10th. I contacted the owner and the owner must have been on a different time zone because he said he was asleep and he would call me back. Owner of the Company Never returned my call. The broker informed me that they will never use this Palsol Transportation. For 12 days Palsol Transportation gave us the run around. Palsol Transportation has no customer service skills. I will also be contacting the BBB on this matter.
