when i first put in for quotes to move our vehicle, we had 13-14 people contact us. i received an e-mail from this company saying they could do it for $375, and already had a driver interested and could do it immediately. being a military family, we appreciated the promptness. they told me no deposit would be taken until a truck driver contacted them and they had a contract with the company. a few days later, becca trejo asked me to sign a contract [which we went through with a fine toothed comb] and said there was a driver on board who was signing the contract as we speak and they needed the deposit. i paid the deposit and she said she would give me a call the next day to set up the details. i never heard back from her the next day or day after that. finally, i called and of course, when you call - nobody answers the phones there. i was finally able to email her back to see if i would get a response that way, and sure enough, becca e-mailed me back stating that they had a driver set up to pick our vehicle up on the 23rd, which was the latest day we could have it picked up because we were moving because of the military from VA to FL. unfortunately, in the e-mail, she said she would call me the next day to give me a time frame that the driver would be there. all along, there really was no driver is what i eventually found out. they had never had a driver lined up for us the entire time, and then at the last minute [tonight, THREE days before we leave for florida] they tell us that it will cost me more to transport it, even though i have a contract stating otherwise. do not use this company EVER. i am serious. we had to call our bank and dispute the charges and they also have a block from our bank for this company because they have our credit card number. not to mention, this company, we just found out today, NEVER placed our vehicle up on a dispatch board - not even the central one.

When speaking to terri at the beiginning of october she advised that she wanted to transport the vehicle on the 22nd of the month however did not have the funds until the 16th to process the deposit. I advised i would save her quote until we are able to charge the deposit. On the 15th terri called in concerned at the fact that we have not charged her card, even though she previously stated the 16th is when funds would be available, At that point she demanded the card be charged. I dispatched her vehicle to my driver however the driver was delayed due to mechanical issues with the truck so i immediately started looking for a new driver to assign to her order (this was a week before her 1st available pick up date). We never asked Mrs. Fuller for additional funds to move her vehicle. She simply refused to allow us to assign a new driver to the order and demanded to cancel before giving us a chance to assign a new driver. (All this occured before her first available pick up date)
