My overall experience was good, commication With Joel was great, he called me back to answer all questions. I have to say that I did not appreciate the cost going up at the last minute, they should have held the quoted price and not promised pick up on Thursday latest Friday and show up the following Wednesday ( but I have to say it was Thanksgiving week and even though they told me that they work thanksgiving; I am glad that my driver was with his family and not on the road)
The driver, Eugene, was Awesome, communication was a breeze ( he gave me his cell number) & he was 4 days earlier than what he originally said- super nice guy:)
Overall, I would use this company again just give myself a 2 week window instead of 1
