I was given what was supposed to be Joels cell phone so I could contact him at any time to find out the situation of my car. Great service till I signed the contract and my deposit was taken. Then No contact. No answers to emails. I was told they had their own trucks, yet my car was subcontracted out and I was not given any information.
The car was due for delivery on Dec 12. No car, no return phone calls, no return emails.
December 13, finally got hold of them, but they didn't know where car was or that it hadn't even been delivered.
December 14, finally a truck driver from a company I had never heard of contacted my sister and said they had the car and needed $700 cash. Not what I had been told. I was told all would be handled on my credit card so there were no issues.
This is a bate and switch company. We were lucky the car wa finally delivered. It was threatened that the car would be put in storage at an additional cost. The driver told me that he had several cars that were to be delivered on Sunday, but no one knew they had to have the cash and the cars were kept till they could pay cash after being told otherwise. The subcontractor that hauled the car for Pacific Lines Logistics indicated that they were worried about getting payment from Pacific Lines Logistics and had to have the cash, even if I had already paid Pacific Lines Logistics, which meant my car would have been put in their storage and I would have been charged additional money till they recieved payment from Logistics.

To Whom it may concern: Mrs. Hanson contracted our company for her vehicle shipment she sign a contract that sted her pick-up on 12/05/11, in which we pick-up on time and the delivery was set for 12/12/11 but the car was delivered due to driver breakdown her was delivered on 12/15/11. THE CUSTOMER IS UPSET BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THAT DELAYS & BREAKDOWNS HAPPENS IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY, ALSO SHE WAS MORE UPSET ABOUT SHE PAID A DEPOSIT OF $175.00 ONCE VEHICLE GOT DISPATCHED AND THAT WAS WHAT WE HAD A CONTRACT FOR TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER, AND THE DELIVERY C.O.D WAS FOR $700 UPON VEHICLE DELIVERY, CUSTOMER WANTED PACIFIC LINES LOGISTICS TO CHARGE HER THE REMAINDER AMOUNT ON THE CREDIT CARD AND WE TOLD HER THAT WE COULD DO IT BECAUSE WE HAD CONTRACTED OUR DRIVER FOR A C.O.D. THIS IS A TYPICAL CASE THAT CUSTOMER DOESN'T WANT TO HONER THE CONTRACT THEY SIGN. WE WILL MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND YOU A COPY OF THIS CUSTOMER CONTARCT SO YOU CAN SEE THAT WE CANNOT DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER ASK'S DUE TO WE HAVE A LIABILITY ISSUE WITH OUR MERCHANT ACCOUNT THAT CAN NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER REMAINDER BALANCE WITHOUT A PROPER CONTRACT. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICES IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.
