Long story short. I purchased a new Tahoe from a dealer 1300 miles away and needed round trip transport for the vehicle and trade-in Tahoe. Alex rose above the chaos of multiple texts and phone calls from miscellaneous brokers that began once I requested a quote online. Very driven, he was clear and proactive. He located a driver with an ENCLOSED trailer just 200 miles from the origin, who picked up the vehicle that evening and delivered it in perfect condition. The other half of the transport went just as smoothly. Alex maintained communication with me from the beginning even though I wasn’t cooperative at first; my first-time transporting vehicles had me overwhelmed. He was very clear and is an absolute pro at his job. The next time I must have a vehicle transported, I will skip the mental trauma I caused myself and go straight to Alex at PHL Cargo Transportation. You should too. The entire process was smooth, fairly priced and easy.
