My initial agreement with PDQ AUTO MOVERS, was that 24 hours notice would be received prior to pickup and dilivery. Pick up was to be Jan 29, 2009, after 3:00 pm. The driver called the pickup point at 2:00 pm two days early, without the 24 hour notice. My brother was able to take off work early and rush home so that the driver could pickup my car. I placed a call tp PDQ Auto Movers to let them know what was happening. At that point, it was agreed that delivery of my car would be the following tuesday, the third day of February, and again I would receive a call twenty four hours before delivery. The reason for the advance notice was because I would be over two hundred miles from the delivery address. I received a call from the driver of the car hauler at 3:30 pm on saturday, the 31st of Jan, stating the he was at the delivery address. After telling him that I was no where near the delivery destination and that there was an agreement for a Tuesday delivery. The dirver stated that he had to leave for Chicago and that he was going to just drop off my car somewhere. I insisted that I needed at lease 24 hours notice before delivery, the driver became very upset and told me to "get out of here" and hung up the phone on me. I again called PDQ and explained to them what had happen. I had to stop what I was doing that evening and drive to the destination address to take delivery at 8:00 am Sunday Morning. At 8:45,the driver had not shown up so I call him to find out why he was not there. He sounded like he was still asleep. Delivery was completed at 10:30 am, two and a half hours after the promised delivery time.
