I called PDQ on a Tuesday morning and they called back that afternoon with information on the pickup of my daughter's car. It was picked up within two days to be transported to California. BP Express was the truck carrier and I was given their phone numbers and they had mine for contact. They called a day in advance to tell me pickup time and make arrangements for a location to pickup. The diriver was Peter and he was always available by phone. The car was in California on Monday, but my daughter was not arriving until Thursday. They held her car at a faciltiy, for no charge, and she decided to pick it up rather that have it delivered. The total experience was flawless. Would advise anyone to look no further when transporting a car.
