PDQ - EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!

In March I started looking for transport of a 1966 Ford Mustang that my family had restored for my youngest daughters college graduation gift. We had never used a transport service before so I did some research and instantly was worried due to the stories I read.
I put it out for quote on a web-site and had about 10 responses. Each promised they could get the car to its destination by the May 8th deadline. The one that most impressed me was a young lady who told me of all the pitfalls of car transport, I gave her the contract and it came to within 2 weeks of the date the car needed to be there and I was getting worried as she didn't have anything lined up.. told me she had worked very hard on this and not to let anyone else pick up the car. She also said that she was doing all that could be done and no other company could move the car if she couldn't. So I hung with her.
(how could she care about my situation when her concern was only that the order stay with her?)

Now we are a week out... I had been receiving emails from Bruce at PDQ he assured me he could move the car.. on time.
He had been in business for years and had contacts, that he didn't wait for someone to contact him.... he made calls. This was on a Sunday prior to Friday the car needed to be in MS.
When I contacted the other company to let them know I was changing she was aggressive and tried to guilt me.. Sunday was her day off... she had worked so hard (Had more than a month to find transport) Never made one call just waited for some one to see the post and call. I needed a pro... an digressive GET IT DONE PRO. down to 6 days.
We gave the contract to PDQ...
Long story short... The car arrived ON TIME, the company Bruce contracted with wonderful the car didnt have a ding or scratch was in the same condition as when it left. Due to tornadoes in the area the car could not load on Thursday evening like planned so the car was loaded Friday morning and reached MS Saturday afternoon.(16 hour drive) I have only positive and appreciative comments about the entire experience with PDQ and Bruce, the owner.

Bruce was honest and to the point and did more than we expected. If we ever need to transport another car... ONLY PDQ will do. If you want a no hassle, honest broker who works very hard... This company is for you!!
