I am thrilled with the service. My only complaint is that a "surprise" charge of $150 was added to my cash fee after the fact because I had some boxes of clothes in the vehicle.

Of course, this was not told to me until they had my car and I was contacted by the carrier directly.

I was clear with PDQ that I was going to "stuff" some items in my car. I do not blame PDQ.
And I do feel the surcharge was appropriate (weight, etc).

My only complaint is this was not told to me up front.

So, ask about this prior to asking for a quote.

Even with that said, I would use them again. As we know, moving cross-country is expensive. And my budget was quite tight. So it stung a little.

Other than that, they were punctual, in constant contact, and treated my car with care.

I was quoted $1200 and ended up having to pay the extra to the driver.
