TK Transportation, the company that they utilized would get 3/5
Driver was rude.
Delivery was at time. He couldnt see in the dark..while unloading...so he would scream at me. "LIGHT" LIGHT" LIGHT. Shine light here. Making hostile gestures..on 3 different occasion.
That's your responsibility. The flashlight is for ME...to inspect the vehicle. He should have been prepare to supply is own light. If he as politely..I would not have an issue. You do not scream at the customer.
This was on well lit street.
Overall, TK Transportation did tranport my vehicle in a safe and fast manner.. No complaint. Just a RUDE driver. I would have given him a 50.00 tip...but his demeanor and behavior...drop it down to a 10.00.. I was almost NOT going to give him anything.
