All went fairly smoothly. The driver never called to set up the pick up time with the person who shipped the vehicle. We requested an early day pickup and it was later in the evening before driver arrived. Not any fault of orange or the driver...probably road work or the like. Driver was great upon delivery although was another late encounter, after 8pm. Driver was very nice to deal with and called ahead to make sure that time would work well for me, which it did. Even sent a text within an hour of arriving to let me know his location. Great to deal with overall and the folks at Orange were all very quick to respond to questions and concerns.
