Elizabeth was extremely helpful with moving a 40 year old inop car from Nebraska to Connecticut. She held the move offer open for almost two weeks which helped while I shopped for other deals. As she promised, her deal was the best and here’s why: Other companies low-ball a quote then ratchet it up as time goes by for various reasons. Elizabeth explained to me the nature of the business and although I thought her quote a little high, it was in line with current fuel prices and handling an inop car.
She also worked diligently to keep me relaxed and assured me everything would work out. This is because she stays on top of things and checks with drivers and dispatchers. Elizabeth is aces in my book and I highly recommend her services.
