I was initially apprehensive about doing business with Onassis because of a prior experience when speaking with a member of their team which left me with a not-so-pleasant impression. However when I needed to ship my car again and began calling auto transport companies for quotes, they were by far the most affordable. I was pleased, but still not 100% sold until this happened - After quoting me an initial price, I received a call back from Onassis informing me that they found a driver that was able to transport my vehicle, but he was requesting additional payment in order to deliver the vehicle at the specific time of day that I requested. I understood, and agreed to pay the additional fee. Fast forward to the delivery day, the driver told me that he was unable (more so unwilling) to deliver my car at the previously agreed upon time which I paid extra for to be accommodated. Needless to say I was extremely upset. After speaking with the driver I called Onassis and explained the situation to them. They reached out to the driver on my behalf, and went out of their way to ensure my car was delivered at the next earliest available time and that I received a refund for the additional payment, which I thought I would end up just having to take the loss on. For me that is what set them apart. I am not the type of customer that ever writes reviews but because of their diligence to ensure that I was satisfied as their customer, Onassis has a lifelong customer in me.
