Thank you Mike for taking the time to submit your review. I would like to apologize for the lack of communication you received and we will deal with it internally to ensure this does not happen again and have assistance readily available whenever it's needed. I did investigate and checked our master call log and we only have two calls from your number we have on file. We have a full staff here at Onassis and work as a team to assist any client who is in need of assistance. When we quote our clients we quote them based on the going rate that drivers are accepting and we communicate any correspondences we get from the drivers to you and allow you to make a decision to move forward with the driver's request or secure another driver, unfortunately you chose not to allow us to keep looking. It is not in our best interest to lose the trust of our clients nor not get your vehicle shipped as we do have a good reputation to uphold.
