It was my first time shipping my car across the states. Originally I was slightly skeptical when choosing Onassis. However, Gail was professional and she explained everything in detail and tried to work with me even though I have super short pickup window. They have someone picking up the calls all the time even on weekends which I definitely appreciate. Even though my car came in later than expected, it was completely understandable. I would highly recommend this company with the excellent customer service.
