I originally contracted with Protected Auto Carriers in Florida. They were unable to pick-up my GMC as contracted and refused to release my car to another carrier even after I canceled the order. They were holding my car hostage out of spite, and jacked up the offer price to the drivers to make it impossible to get another contractor.
Fortunately I found Olson Auto Express to rescue me. Peggy at Olson Auto Express came through for me in the crises and eventually found a reputable driver to pick up my Envoy. It was handled carefully and delivered on time. Peggy was always professional, courteous and helpful. She returned every call and email to keep me informed along the way. Highly recommended.
