This review could not be more inaccurate. Our authorization form does not absolve or indemnify our drivers from responsibility if the vehicle is damaged. In fact it is required by law that the vehicle is covered by the driver's cargo insurance while on the car hauler which is why we are one of the few companies that do not ask for proof of insurance from the customer upon picking up the vehicle. The FDOT regulates our industry and makes sure that is the case before issuing us an active license. I encourage you to check our safety rating on their website. The vehicle while in our care is covered for up to full replacement value of the vehicle and our combined total limit is $1,000,000! There is no way Mr. Wright's car would have approached that value and I even offered to fax or scan and email David a copy of the insurance certificate to ease his concerns but he declined that offer. When I heard there was a misunderstanding with Mr. Wright I personally called him back to clarify any confusion and he agreed. However, we never received the authorization form back signed authorizing the pick-up of the vehicle. The only reason his car was charged was because he booked the order. The only reason his car was never picked up was because he wouldn't let us. I have had numerous drivers wanting to pick up the vehicle for Mr. Wright. Even up until this day, the only reason his vehicle was not picked up was because he wouldn't let us finish the job he hired us to do because of a fear of being fully covered by our driver's insurance. For him to misread the authorization form and publish a review stating his misunderstandings as a fact is borderline libel.
