I needed to move my 2011 Ford Fusion and a friend of mind told me to ship it and how it's so much easier but for a couple days I procrastinated cause I didn't find it safe to leave my car with anyone. Unfortunately time wasn't on my side and I had to get back to college. So I finally decided to give it a change and after several phone calls from different companies Julien at official got my attention with his knowledge and expertise. He was very friendly and reassured me several times that my car would be ok. I pretty much harassed him with questions lol but at the end of the day he pretty much made me comfortable. Not only did he make me comfortable he came through as promised. The pick up was on time, the driver was great, the drop off was on time, the whole experience ROCKED!!!! From price to customer service to actual service "GRADE A". I am #TeamOfficial now and would recommend these guys to anyone, they know what their doing. Thanks Marshall and Julien for everything and LET'S GO HEAT!!!!!! :)
