At first I was a little afraid to use Official Auto Transport, due to the previous reviews, but after calling and speaking to Kathy, I decided to go with them. Kathy was very helpful and understood my circumstances, she was there to answer any of my questions wheter it was though e-mail or telephone conversations. I was getting the vehicle from swap-a-lease and was very worried that things were not going to work out with the shipping of the vehicle. We spoke several times and she contacted the pick up contact and explained the enitire process and I just left in all in Kathy's hand. Within 3 days of placing my order, she called me and told me that she had a driver for my car. I would use Official Auto Transport again for sure, especially for Kathy.
