This was the first time I shipped a car, and the staff (in particular Carlos and Thomas) at Official Auto Transport were terrific. They took their time to walk me through the entire process and legal documents and made sure that any questions I had were answered. The pick-up/drop-off was on time and the driver kept us informed of where he was in his travels. I would strongly recommend Official Auto Transport to anyone who is looking to ship a car or larger item… They are 100% professional, competitive with today's market, and practical for your budget.
