After promising for 10 days to move my car, they finally admitted XXXafter several unanswered phone calls and e-mails to them XXXthey couldn't do it for the price they quoted me. They said they'd refund the $150 deposit, but only refunded $135. Since October (it's now Feb) they've changed their phone numbers twice and their website has been up and down. As of Feb 29 their website has been pulled down and their phone number disconnected (again). Whatever you do DONT USE OFFICIAL.

This is not even a real customer or a real review. Probably posted by one of our competitors. We have never had a quote ID # of anything less than 6 alphanumeric digits (4 numerical digits followed by two letters). Also, IN to NY is a route that only takes 3-5 days to complete and we would never say 10 days in the question answer phase. That sounds like a time frame another broker or shipping company would use. In addition to that, it costs way more than $150 to move a car from IN to NY. More like $550 at the moment. The person who left this review probably only had a limited knowledge of how we quote and could only figure out the security deposit part. We have only moved our office once, and therefore have only had our numbers changed once. The main line number is 305-944-2091 and the fax number is 305-944-2092. I can assure you both are in connected and working. Give it a try. The website is currently being re-done and the domain name is being renewed. Both are not fatal problems for a website and the work will be done very promptly. Until then you can reach us by phone or email (officialautotransport@yahoo.com). Official Auto Transport- we are happy to serve!
