We have never had a quote ID # of anything less than 6 alphanumeric digits (4 numerical digits followed by two letters). Also, IN to NY is a route that only takes 3-5 days to complete and we would never say 10 days in the question answer phase. That sounds like a time frame another broker or shipping company would use. In addition to that, it costs way more than $150 to move a car from IN to NY. More like $550 at the moment. The person who left this review probably only had a limited knowledge of how we quote and could only figure out the security deposit part.
