This customer's order was set up for a move the day after the order was booked. He set up his order on a Friday and was scheduled for pick up on the upcoming Monday. At the time of the order the customer was advised that we were in the middle of an office transition and that he may have difficulty getting through to us but we would get back to him as soon as possible. Within a day of setting up the order the customer was already attempting to process a charge back even though during the office transition we scheduled his order for pick up within the requested time frames. We apologized to the customer for the approximately five hours of down time that the business experienced due to the office transition.
