I was in the middle of purchasing the vehicle when Official Auto first contacted me. They provided me with a quote and information about the shipment. When I finalized the purchase I told them that the I needed to fly in to meet their driver at the pick-up to take a look at the car before they drove off. The driver met me on time at the pick up point and by the time I arrived in Arizona the following day the driver was waiting for me at my home for drop off. The driver was very efficient and polite and if I ever have to ship a car again I will use these guys.
