I never write reviews about anything, I do not have the time to waste, but OH MY GOD was this experience horrible and stressful. Absolutely unfair what OSSO did to my boyfriend and I trying to get the car from Michigan to CA. Sadly, the pick up was the best part, when they showed up (no where near the scheduled time) and forced us to panic and leave work to go meet them to make sure the car was taken. After putting the car on the truck, we heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from them for over a week. I get it, the car is being transported across the country but an update would have been appreciated. The car was scheduled to show up Saturday (it had been picked up Monday mid-day)... Saturday passed, Sunday passed, Monday passed... we called the driver, OSSO office and NOT ONCE did anyone pick up. The only update we were able to get was from the main transport company, who had to reach out and force dispatch to give them answers. Even then, they told us Monday night by 9pm - no call, nothing. Just did not show up.
The car eventually got to us, but I would never want anyone to have to experience this horrible lack of communication and worry about where your car might be. Simply, just unfair and rude. Not how anyone should do business.
To top it all off, there was no explanation for the delay or lack of communication - and the driver was aggressive about getting his money, couldn't have cared less about our car.
Save yourself the trouble, find a different company to ship your car.
