Worked with Sam for my auto ship from NJ to TX.
Due to the Christmas season, the pickup date is 1 day late.
But sam still try all his best to get one carrier to pickup my car as early as possible.
He actually made many calls to get my auto shipping case on track, on time.
I really appreciate his work and he handled my case seriously and professionally.
I would recommend OSA for people consider shipping auto from East to South.
One more suggestion I would give is that customer needs to undrstand that auto
shipping need some flexiable schedule.
