OK AUTO - DEFINATELY NOT OK

I cannot begin to explain the utter disregard for customer service this company exhibits. They were supposed to pick up my car on 3/29. I did not receive a call untill Monday 3/31 from the driver, whom had such a thick accent he was very hard to understand, saying he would be there in an hour, so I had to scramble to get someone to the location of pick-up. Th car was picked up and the driver said he hoped to arrive by Friday. Given that you never know what could happen, I called him on Friday night, having not heard anything all week. He said he would drop off Sat. I did not hear anything so I waited, then called him back Monday night. He said he would drop of on Tuesday. Tuesday I called him in the afternoon and he said he would be at the dropoff location between 4:00 and 5:00pm. I caled him at 5:30, he said it would be more like 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Called him at 8:30, he said another hour, and so so and so on. Keep in mind he would not drop off at my house so I had picked a location downtown that would be easy for him to park, so this whole time I was waiting downtown. Finally, at around 9:30, i asked him if it would be possible to bring it out the next afternoon as I had my son with me and it was getting too late. BIG MISTAKE!!!! He assured me this would be no problem, I even asked him 3 times to make sure we were both clear. Wednesday afternoon I called him and he sent me to voicemail each time. So, I called OK Auto dispatch and asked where my car was....and the gentleman(yeah, right) told me that since I could not pick it up the night before - the driver was done with his run and the car was now in the terminal - where I would have to pick it up!@!! Oh yeah - and its an hour and a half away!!! I explained to him what the driver had told me and his response was very rude. I then called Specialty Mobile Systems whom had contracted my move out to OK Auto to complain. They told me that I did not have to pick it up - they would take care of it. And to their credit they did - Ok Auto said they would bring it out on Friday. However, we had a very small window of just a couple hours when we would be available, and given that OK Auto could not deliver the car the previous 8 TIMES we had arranged - I had serious doubts. So, I had my husband take off time from work - drive the hour and a half there and pick it up. The car was not damaged but had alot of grease on it. No big deal it will wash off. I will never use OK AUTO again and recommend very highly that you dont either unless you want huge headaches!!!!
