It has been said that a company is judged best by how it handles difficulties. This is where Diana at Numis Transport shines. The delivery of my car was over a week late. The problem was a storm coming thru the Rockies and the NFL playoff games being played in Denver. Diana was very surprised that she could not get my car picked up in Denver - no one was driving up to Seattle. But Diana hung in there and kept searching. Sure enough on Monday after the last playoff game in Denver she found a truck and driver. My car arrived when promised and the driver could not have been a better man.
I know that Diana and her company lost money on my job, but I could tell that what was more important to her was to get me my car. She really knows how to handle difficulties. Good job Diana!
