Brian (extension 207) demonstrated incredible customer service to both my father and I. He was extremely compassionate to our situation and took the time to personally empathize after we had a recent loss in our family. My father and I were blown away by the grace Brian. There are still GREAT people in the world and Brian is definitely one of them. Please give him a raise!!
Sam was also extremely helpful and prompt. Kudos to the entire team!
