the driver arrived without giving notice. instead of the hour notice that was agreed upon arrived without a call. the delivery was scheduled on wednesday however the driver stated that would drop off the car on sunday 3 days earlier. however told him that was not the arrangement and delivery was scheduled for wednesday. instead driver insisted on delivering on sunday. to do this, we had to arrange for someone to pick up the cars in our stead. the driver stated that he would call the day before to give an average eta for arrival. he called on saturday and said that he would deliver the cars on sunday around 12 noon, however on sunday the driver called and said that he would not be there until around 4 pm. driver finally arrived around 6 pm. on delivery of the cars, insisted that my brother sign the forms without first going through an inspection of the cars. the driver didn't actually deliver the cars to the house but left them in the middle of the road on the next street and didn't do anything to help when my brother asked for help to turn on the car. i will never use this transport company again.
