One of my bosses asked me to ship his luxury SUV in an enclosed vehicle from NY- FL and back a month later. Looking into the auto transport business for the first time, I was overwhelmed by the number of options out there, and unsure of how to choose. (I'd also read too many negative reviews about other companies - useful for learning about possible pitfalls, but now someone was going to have to talk me off the ledge!). I called at least 10 companies with decent reviews, some were ok, but Number 1 Auto Transport stood out from the rest immediately. In my first call, Joe Carter took the time to thoroughly explain the process and help me understand what to consider when evaluating a company: he's patient and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure to book the trip with Number 1 Auto, and he ended that first call with "feel free to call me back with any questions you think of, any time" (and I did! - Joe was always there or quick to reply - he's a real pro). It soon became clear there was no reason to work with any other company. Rob Taylor handled all the logistical details expertly - he's pleasant, very accommodating around timing and, like Joe, always reachable. On both legs of the trip they delivered the car in three days, door-to-door, delivering exactly what they promised. This is just a fantastic team (with great drivers) and I highly recommend them.
